Imagined Arcade: XR Game Toolkit for Co-imagining Career Futures with Students, Subject Experts, and AI

Imagined Arcade is a workshop system enabling interdisciplinary teams to collaboratively design mixed-reality minigames focused on future careers.

The toolkit integrates four decks of ideation cards with a web-based AI co-creation platform and ready-made VR templates. Game templates include Whack-a-Mole, Tower Defense, and Memory Matching.

The framework facilitates collaboration among students, industry mentors, and large language models to transform career insights into playable experiences. It lowers both cost and technical barriers while maintaining alignment with learning outcomes.
